I have improved myself a lot - I work out a lot, removed a lot of stressful things from my life, I eat no sugar, I eat no gluten, no dairy, minimal carbohydrates, organic everything, drink 4 litres of water per day, go outside everyday for at least 45 minutes. There's a lot to do but this is what I've worked on over the past two years
